due to the new drainage regulations on larger drive ways to you arrange for planning permission as i don't want the permiable type of block weave.
	We would build your driveway so that any excess water goes into a soakaway and therefore be within the regulations. For this you would need neither a permeable type block or planning permission.
how much would it cost all in to have a drive done 7.5 metres by 4 metres
	For 30 square metres approximate in brickweave full build you would be looking at £75 - £85 square metre plus VAT, for asphalt full build £50 - £60 square metre plus VAT. These prices depend on drainage, services, access etc.
Have a patio, type 1 laid and been wackered, can you give me a price for sandstone of approx 30m2, price for supply only delivered to Great Yarmouth. Also price to supply and lay. Thanks
	We can supply two project packs of sandstone which would give you just under 30 square meters for £630.94 plus VAT but including delivery. To give you an accurate price to supply and lay we would need to visit. Please let us know if you wish us to give you a quote for this.
How long will the delivery take once i have ordered my slabs etc for a basic patio? I live in Cringleford and you have been recommened by Sharon at 23 Periguin Mews.
	If you are looking to just buy the product then we could get that to you within a few days depending on what product you want. If you are looking for us to build your patio our lead time would be a couple of weeks.
Could you give us an indication of how much it would cost to seal our driveway please? The driveway was laid by yourselves in March 09 by Kevin.
	This isn't a service that we offer, so we are unable to give a guide price. We dont recommend sealants as they tend to peel off in very hot or cold weather. They also need to be resealed every three to four years.
how much is it a square metre to clear , level, subase and tarmac about 80 square metres. no soil to be carted offsite?
	Price per square metre depends very much upon the amount of work we have to carry out. i.e. ground conditions, what surface is there already - soil, grass, concrete, tarmac etc, drainage i.e. where the rainwater is going to go. You have approximately 1.5 ton per hour of rainwater. Best case scenario, would be 150mm type one sub base and a 60mm surface (30mm base 30mm wearing course) you would be looking at a rate of between £60 - £70 per metre + VAT.

	The cost of the topsoil depends on how much you want. For small amounts the cost is £25 per ton plus VAT. So the cost would be £28.75 including VAT and delivery. The topsoil is graded and screened.
Can you advise if you offer any finance deals to spread the cost of a domestic driveway please?
	We are unable to offer any finance deals at the moment.
What do you know about Breedon gravel. Can it be used in a parking area for a small block of apartments.
	Breedon gravel is not really a car traffic product. Usually it is used on footways. It would be alright to use on parking bays but would not be very good for cars turning as the cars would cut the gravel up.
Why do you use 60mm blocks?
	We always lay a concrete base and we have found when using 50mm blocks they have a tendancy to crack after two or three seasons. We do not have this problem with the 60mm blocks.
How much deposit do you ask for?
	We do not take any deposit. On most of our work we will not expect you to pay anything until the job is finished.
